These Terms govern access to and use of propapers.space and its software services for property documentation workflows.
1. Scope of service
propapers.space provides tools to organise tenant contracts, inspection reports, rent-payment documentation, related records, and collaboration workflows. The platform supports administration and documentation processes and does not constitute legal, tax, regulatory, or fiduciary advice.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and ensure that authorised users act lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content uploaded through the service.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, or use the service in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
4. Orders and online contracting
Where sign-up or orders are available online, the website will present the steps for concluding a contract, allow you to identify and correct input errors before submission, and send an electronic confirmation after the order is placed, in line with Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; RS 241), Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s UCA.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, usage limits, billing cycles, renewal terms, and any advertised prices are subject to the offer presented at the time of purchase. Prices and plan descriptions must not be misleading under Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; RS 241) and Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; RS 942.211).
6. Data protection and security
Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy information and must comply with Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; RS 235.1) and Data Protection Ordinance (DPO; RS 235.11). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including role-based access controls, encryption, privacy by design/default, and vendor and hosting safeguards.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, software, branding, and content made available by us remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights in your own submitted content to the extent permitted by law.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is excluded for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, and interruptions caused by third parties, misuse, or force majeure.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service according to the applicable subscription terms.
